Anthony's connection to Valley High School runs deep. He spent countless hours practicing and playing soccer on their fields while Mater Dei's soccer fields underwent refurbishment. Now, Anthony's spirit lives on in those very fields, serving as a reminder of the impact he made and the values he upheld.

Adding a personal touch to this endeavor, Marlys, Anthony's beloved grandmother, is an esteemed alumna of Valley High School. It's a beautiful testament to the interconnectedness of communities and the enduring legacy of kindness that transcends generations.

The scholarships were awarded in May 2023, in collaboration with High School, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting Valley High School students in their academic pursuits.
